Prices: All prices are subject to change at any given time. Written quotations are guaranteed for 30 days.

Art Requirements: Customer supplied art should be supplied as an EPS, PDF, or Adobe Illustrator file version 10.0 or lower with all text converted to outlines.
Raster Images are accepted as JPEG, GIF, Tiff, and Photoshop formats at actual size and a dpi of 150-300.
Our professional art department can also generate artwork for you and supply you with an emailed proof for your review. You are limited to 2 revisions on your artwork before additional fees will be applied.

Colors: We employ a standard palette of vinyl for you to choose from. Standard Vinyl Colors

Color Matching: We do not guarantee color/pantone matching due to the limitations of digital printing. Less than 40% of the Pantone chart can be achieved with digital reproduction. We can however print a color proof for you to sign off on.

Cancellations: There is no charge to cancel an order provided it is stopped before art production. If cancelled during production, you will be responsible for the cost of materials produced. Completed orders must be paid in full.

Reruns: We will rerun jobs where we are at fault and charge you for the initial order only. If the mistake originated from your initial order, you will be billed to rerun the job.

Adhesives: Permanent adhesives are used on all pressure-sensitive products unless otherwise stated.
